Production Our manufacturing area contains compression, transfer and injection presses capable of producing molded parts weighing less than an ounce to hundreds of pounds. Bonding Because of our ability to bond a wide variety of elastomers to substrates such as metal, rubber, and plastics, DuraQuest is well respected for exceptional accomplishments in this area. Prototype Cost effective procedures are developed by our designers and compound specialists for prototyping our customers ideas. Insert Recovery Liquid Nitrogen freeze-off allows us to recover most of our customers expensive metal inserts after they are salvaged from field use.
	ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY DuraQuest engineers are equipped with the latest in state-of-the-art CAD technology and 3D software that generates fast accurate visualization for evaluation. Mold Design Our engineering staff is qualified and dedicated to providing solutions to unique applications involving complex mold design. We use tool and die shops that utilize the most current technology on CAD/CAM software and CMC machinery.
